ProposalSync helps freelancers, consultants, and agencies create proposals, draft follow-ups, track buyer intent, and manage a lightweight sales pipeline. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before sending it to clients.

You may not use ProposalSync for spam, fraud, illegal activity, abusive outreach, or storing highly sensitive information such as passwords, payment card data, medical records, or government identifiers.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Canceling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or covered by the refund policy.

Deposits collected through public proposal pages are payments between the service provider and their client. ProposalSync provides the checkout workflow and records payment status from Stripe.

ProposalSync may suspend accounts that abuse email, attack the service, attempt to bypass billing, or create risk for other users. The product is provided as-is and may change as features improve.
