ProposalSync collects the information needed to run a proposal workflow: account name, email, workspace details, leads, proposal content, follow-up drafts, public proposal activity, billing status, and product usage events.

Proposal tracking records events such as opens, pricing views, time spent, CTA clicks, browser user agent, and IP address. This is used to help ProposalSync users follow up at the right time.

AI generation may send proposal inputs and relevant context to OpenRouter or the configured AI provider. Do not enter secrets, private credentials, or sensitive client data into proposal prompts.

Payments are processed by Stripe. ProposalSync does not store card numbers. Email notifications are sent through SendGrid when configured.

ProposalSync does not sell personal data. Data may be shared only with infrastructure providers needed to operate the service, comply with law, prevent abuse, or protect users.

You can request account deletion or data export by contacting support at support@proposalsync.online. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, or billing history.
