Refund Policy

If you upgrade and ProposalSync cannot help you create and share a usable proposal during your first 7 days, contact support@proposalsync.online for a refund review.
Refunds are not automatic for unused time, forgotten cancellations, or accounts suspended for abuse, spam, fraud, or billing bypass attempts.
Client deposits collected through public proposal pages are between the ProposalSync user and their client. ProposalSync does not decide client refund disputes or reverse completed client payments outside the Stripe/payment-provider process.
When possible, include your account email, workspace name, billing date, and the issue that prevented you from using ProposalSync.
