You can cancel your subscription at any time. Canceling stops future renewals, and your paid access stays on until the end of the current billing period unless a refund is approved separately.

Refund Policy
ProposalSync keeps refunds simple. You can cancel anytime, and reasonable refund requests are reviewed fairly when they are sent promptly and in good faith.
Refund review window
If you believe a charge should be refunded, contact support@proposalsync.online within 7 days of the purchase date. We review requests based on timing, account activity, and the reason for the request.
We aim to respond quickly and handle edge cases fairly. Refunds are not automatic.
What usually does not qualify
- Unused time after a billing period has already started.
- Forgetting to cancel before renewal.
- Accounts suspended for abuse, fraud, spam, or billing misuse.
- Requests made long after the charge date without a clear service issue.
Client deposits
Client deposits collected through public proposal pages are separate from ProposalSync subscription fees. Those payments are between the ProposalSync user and their client, and they are not covered by this subscription refund policy.
